We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering the battery, motor, controller, and frame against manufacturing defects to ensure your ride remains smooth and reliable.
Do the e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included toolkit and manual.
